Yeah I just bought a house in October but the sellers paid the closing cost and got us some kind of Appliance Insurance or whatever. Anyways the over stopped working for some reason and I thought it worth a shot to call this insurance thing I got and I paid them 25$ deductible and they bought me a brand new 1000$ Stove. I'll find out the information on the place when I get home and post it here.
