According to the official press release, the difference between the 20G version and the 60G version of the PS3 is not only limited on the hard drive capacity, but also some peripheral functions.

so the 60gb has more space, has slots for a camara memory stick, hdmi output, and im assuming the IEEE 802 thing is the wifi capabilities?

so the only difference is, you dont have wireless internet connection not as much space and its not AS crystal clear and AS good sounding... with a fancy memory card slot.

either way its a great buy and id pick one up

The one My buddy and I went halfsies on, we rarely play.

We beat resistence in a matter of a day and a half, and then returned it, and Madden 07 just well. We ended up going outseid with some buddies and doing it that way.

Haven't gotten the chance to play Genji, though.

I was super impressed that Woot could get their hands on 80 ps3's, even if they're just the 20gb version.

I liked their reasoning "We're selling these PS3's so we can buy Wii's for teh entire Woot staff"...I lol'd. I love the always-clever product descriptions..Woot would be nowhere as coolwithout them and the podcasts (which are equally clever and impressive).

The 20gb ps3 is a waste of money. missing way to many important features.

The 60gb are not that hard to find anymore. Hell I was in best buy a week or so ago and they had 3 or 4 60gb and just as many if not more 20gb.

Too many problems with them right now to buy one.

My buddy at work said he went to our local Best Buy and they had 15-20 60gig versions. There were like 5 sitting on a table at the front of the store and the rest were in the back where all the video game stuff is.
