    The 15.5 gallon stainless fermenter is on the way.

    As for a tap setup. A keg, reg, tap and CO2 tank is all you need. I would use a 10-20lb tank. You could also get a manifold and run multiple kegs off one tank.

            Hmmm, why do both the 27 gallon and the 14 gallon fermenters say theyre for a 10 gallon batch? The 27 gallon should be able to do almost 20 gallons, shouldnt it?

              Unless that system of production cranks out some hardcore pileup of lees (dead/spent yeast cells)

                  No, not at all.

                  Actually my father is the real brewmaster in the family. Since his job consists of a few hours a week of work, from home, he spends the rest of his time brewing and researching brewing.
