Oh.... now here is a serendipitydoochit!

Today this guy that knows a guy that knows me somehow... comes by the shop. Says "I heard you were looking for an AR". I says to him I says "just bought one". He looks forlorn and says well.... ok. So I asks him why he asks. He says "well I got one I need to sell. Need the money". I said "well... watcha got?". He motions me to follow him to the truck (yea truck... make something of it!). Laying behind the seat is an about minty Colt. A Match Target HBAR. the 20" heavy barrel one and it is Chrome lined I believe, A2 sights and upper. Normal stock and all, the one with the trap door and cleaning kit in there. Not even a scratch on the brass deflector. I says to him "looks mint, how much has it been shot?". He says I am sure its not more than 100. I says "well.... shoot, where were you all this time?". He says "I just heard you were looking and I need to get some money out of some stuff I not using. So I ask, of course, how much? He says I want $950. So I says well... I really just cannot do it. I just bought one and all. So I just said, well... I can probably come up with $850. He says... I'll take it. So i am like crap...

So I now own a Colt Match Target HBAR with 1:7 twist and 20" barrel... AND the Bushy.

My wallet is seriously hurting.

So I guess to answer your question Ed, I guess the Kid is getting a bushy for his 21st B day. My only plans are Mags and Ammo! Lots of em. I gettin ready for Zombie's
