Any Safety Razor fans?

I got a Merkur Progress safety razor last month, and have really enjoyed using it.

A shave with the safety razor is better than anything that a Gillette could ever produce.

My lady even noticed how smooth my skin was, and that I didn't look as 'dirty'. (I typically look dirty even with a clean shave) There's just something about the classic razor that makes me feel manly. And pretty.

Do you actually use a straight razor? Otherwise, FTL.

I looked act getting one, but didn't want to deal with the fuss of a strop. And the fact that it is a bit intimidating.
