Final Fantasy 7 for playstation was the greatest game I have ever played.
"Men think they think upon great politcal questions, and they do; but they think with their party, not independently; they read its literature, but not that of the other side; they arrive at convictions, but they are drawn from a partial view of the matter in hand and are of no particular value. They swarm with their party, they feel with their party, they are happy in their party's approval; and where the party leads they will follow, whether for right and honor, or through blood and dirt and a mush of mutilated morals."

Loved the Zelda games, though in my opinion, theyve been going downhill since A Link to the Past, Love the Final Fantasy games, and Parasite Eve... ooh! and Phantasy Star, especially Phantasy Star Online.... ooh, and Breath of Fire! WOOO HOOO!

My favorit eone was an rpg for the genesis called Beyond Oasis. It was like an arabian/pirate type of thing. Definetely great.

Anyone here played Final Fantasy TACTICS?

HANDS DOWN the best Consol RPG of all time. Very challanging, very origeonal.

As for PC... You can get basically any Consol Game for PC, so PC's have you consol gamers beat there too.

lol :) ever heard of "Bleem", "SNES9x", "Nesticle", "LameBoy" or any other of these Emulators? They take quite a powerful machine for, say Bleem (PSX) and UltraHLE (N64) and there's no analog controler available, but with a high-bandwidth connection, everything is available.

Back in my days we played RPG's a lot. Guess if you are wearing a Monks shroud and she is wearing a Little Bo Peeps outfit it would count as an RPG right?

Where's a Mod when you need one!

FF Tactics was ok, but I've never really been a fan of the whole Final Fantasy series (though I must say, the movie rocked).

BTW, I use ZNES for all my SNES emulation needs. :)
