5 times a day. Dont drink alot of water either, that counteracts the effects.

Depends on how you feel. If you are real tired it wouldnt hurt. Its always best to give your body plenty of time to recover between workouts. It helps more than over doing it.

Creatine pulls water from your surrounding organs, so to stay healthy and to make the biggest possible difference in the protein synthesis, you want to saturate your body and cells. Yes, you can drink too much, but not drinking a lot will only hurt you.

I know your kidding, but who knows if he would actually go try that

meh, i used to take creatine all the time. but i wasnt pleased with just having waterweight as muscles.

i eventually stopped the creatine use, and now i just eat a lot and have the occasional protein shake. im just as big, if not bigger, than when i took creatine.

im thinking of starting a creatine regimen because no matter how much i eat, or how much protein (chicken for lunch & chicken or steak for dinner and many midnight snacks) i dont keep anything i gain. usually i will gain like 2-3 lbs in a day, and loose it after a day. My doctor said to try to "eat bigger meals" so recently ive been eating till i feel like im going to explode. (eating has also become a hobby)

i really dont want to do any of those pills that mess with your metabolism, but i also dont want to give up being active.

seems like im just to be stuck at a scrawny 125 .

though there is no complaining when it comes to paintball

What about Whey Protein, does it have the same effect as creatine in the end? Hrmmm I need to gain some mass fast.

creatines not good, just go with the whey protein, creatine makes you blow up if you get off of it wrong - you literally spontaneously combust from the chemical deficiencies

all the kids at our school that do creatine are complete female body parts. They think they are all big when they go into the weight room but its funny to see somebody who doesnt do creatine show them up when they are lifting. Personally i dont have any respect for people who do any roids or creatine, whether they are my friends or not
my personal favorite is 32 ozs of 2% chocolate milk

Well, i have also been looking at a few more natural options from our local health store.. but i just dont see them working as well, and I will never get into roids, just creatine..stuff i can buy from almost anywhere, also, shouldnt there be an age limit on this stuff to buy from wal-mart?? i mean some 9 year old kid could walk in there, buy some thinking hes gonna get big just drinking it and kill himself.

                        not sure.
