) And I think work for welfare is a good plan. It forces people to work first, and use welfare as a supplement in the event that they cannot get by on what they earn. It at least keeps them employed and forces them to have a means off of welfare. Couple this with a time limit on how long one can collect, and I think it would be a winning system.
