there is a good reason that we will never have flying cars, people have yet to learn how to drive them in 2d.

the last thing I need is an 80 year old grandma crashing her flying car into my house after swiftly descending from 5,000ft.

shoot grandma nothing. It's a car not a phonebooth!

I think we need computer-guided cars. Really, I don't think it would be that hard to do. It might take a bit of investment, but the potential profit would make it worth it. Just stick roadside detectors every 20-30 feet along the highway, and use several to triangulate the position of every car on the road. That's how it would start. Eventually, once every car was being tracked, safety measures would be put in, so your car would slow down if you got too close to another car or something, and eventually cars would come equipped to drive themselves.

Then, once people stop driving, we could figure out a way to use flying cars, but is that even really worth it?
Maybe as a novelty, but unless we find a way to harness a WHOLE LOT of power that we don't have right now, flying cars will not be cost effective, and if nobody will buy them, an industry won't be created, and those who otherwise could afford them won't be able to buy them.
you know you play this game too much when the neighbors stop fixing their broken windows...

I started DVRing future weapons cause I thought it would be interesting. It's retarded.

That guy couldn't host a children's birthday party, let alone a show about guns. And its got all this buildup like American Idol, and then they don't show anything.

I was watching the episode with dragon skin yesterday, why on earth did he use the high caliber armor piercing rounds before the 9mm? If 7.76 ap can't penetrate, 9mm isn't going to either, duh.

The thermobaric episode was neat, but they don't tell you anything, and they just repeat the same 2 facts over and over again.

Sorry I got a little worked up there, Monday mornings do that to me. It's a nice premise to a show they just haven't perfected it yet.
