AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
I feed my Piranhas daily cause I am stuck in a house with months to wait for the season to start,.. and everything here is covered in snow,.. so no work till the frost is gone.
So flesh eating fish, EP kit work,.. and coffee is my life right now.
You have piranhas do you???? What kind? I have a couple of RBs, and am about to add 10 more to my collection

I got 3 RBPs. They are a year old this month! All are 6 inches, they feed 1-2 times a week @ 15-30 large feeders in a feeding.
They are in a 55 right now. I had money to bump up the tank to a 180 but I had to replace my floors to support the weight. I had only 6 joices over a 20-25 foot span (bad I know!) because the house is very old. Well I fixed all that and put in a new oak hardwood floor so the next step is a new tank and 6 more fish.
After that,... its on to breeding them!! You got any pictures of your fish???

ummmm. I dont think I have any pics. I tried to take some, but the glare on the tank was horrible.
I had 4RBs, but I got a bad batch of feeders, and it killed 2. (Im blaming it on the food as the water is in perfect condition according to the chem levels. I threw away the rest of the feeders, and found out later that week that the 10-12 dozen the guy at the pet store had died.)
The 2 I have are ~ 4-5" and are 8mo old. I just recently purchased a 180 gal tank and am in the process of getting it set up (I have to lay tile first). Talk about heavy. the tank alone weighs 400lbs. I think with water, rocks, stand, and tank finished will weigh ~ 2500lbs. I am putting it on a concrete floor in the basement.
I am a little worried to put 10 1" RBPs in with my 2 5" ones, and am kinda wondering what I am going to do with them. I wish I knew someone who would take care of them, and let me start over with a bigger tank.
