    Im visiting sunny ALASKA!

    My band, Still Standing , got a totally all expenses paid trip to Anchorage, Alaska to play some shows. Im staying at a bed and breakfast in Anchorage, and the city is beautiful and frigid. We get taken out to eat every night, doing interviews at the radio stations and for the news. Playing at a club called "The O" tomorrow and the next two days, and hopefully we will get to go sightseeing, snowmobiling, shooting, maybe paintballing.. etc. Anyone from the Anchorage on AO?

    Also I cant go to Doc's and pick anything up for anyone Kenai is 4 hours from here. Sorry just figured Id head that one off at the pass.

        I was born in Alaska.

        On a little island called "Adak" that was the size of a sheet of paper in miles (8+1/2 miles from the tallest points and 11 miles at it's widest points). I remember our condo, a pizza shop, a record store, a Navy base, the worlds smallest National Forest (32 trees), and like 3 volcanos. Oh, and there were no animals (except for our dog and our neighbors dog). And sometimes the sun would stay out for an entire month! And other times, the sun would hide for an entire month. And you could ALWAYS see the moon. Even at noon.

        ...That place rocked. I think it's a giant prison now, though.

        /Sorry. The momories just flooded to me and I had to let it out.
        //I really do miss it.

              Ok so I moved to Jersey from Pennsylvania, spent 10 years both places.. then my band and I moved to LA.. been there for 2 years now... I come here to visit.. been here a day. I never want to leave, ever... this place rocks so hard. Im going to go shoot things tomorrow with our record label contact guy up here. Hes got a collection of real steel fun that he apparently "barely uses". Watermelons will roll...
