    There is a large clas action suite (sp?) against the U.S. Navy...for sort of the same thing. The insulation in the walls of the older ships had aspestos and caused a lot of the people on them to get a lung disease..forget what its called my grandfather died from it...

      It is called mesothelioma, bad stuff.

      I think that lawsuit is a bit on the ridiculous side. I do doubt she will win it, but stranger things have happened...

        No, that may be one thing it can cause but he died of another illness caused by it..then again i guess it very well could be that one..but just doesn't sound familiar...
