Im pretty sure those guys are Canadian army, but the Eryx isnt made in America. Its made by a company called MBDA, headquartered in France with manufacturing plants in England, France, and Italy. Not sure which plants actually make it.

You might think it's a Javelin, but Kosmo is correct, the Eryx is European. Similar weapons though.
