      Yes. They're called "less lethal" weapons for a reason. Tragic incident, but standing on a sidelines watching a riot in progress is probably not the best idea.

          Wait...the city is going to make their sewer caps out of plastic, aluminum or maybe stainless steel. That's all the FN303 is made out of.

              I saw that too. Another piece of PR crap from the city. I would be entertained if they actually did it, and then someone fell through one of the crappy caps, and sued the city.

                      I saw that story also. They are likewise throwing fits over the police in Houston using their tasers. So I guess those PD's should just go back to deadly force straight out.
