well, with so many awesome scandinavian/ sweedish bands these days such as AMON AMARTH, CHILDREN OF BODOM, BEHEMOTH, and many more, I think there needs to be a new kind of metal. There are types like hair, thrash, death, speed, power, and many others. I was thinking mabe it being called "viking metal". what do you think. since vikings are so cool, it would be a cool name.

Enslaved, Bathory, Amon Amarth, Moonsorrow, Graveland, Finntroll, Tyr, Unleashed, Windir....Those are some of the "viking bands" I have in my collection of hundreds of metal cd's.
