Go to discout tire and tell them you want the biggest BFG All terrains they can fit without rubbing. Unless you want mud terrains, of course.

BFG AT's / MT's are VERY expensive (but good tire). I have 33" BFG MT's on my Xterra.

Right now Pro Comp is running a buy 3 get one free deal. They have an AT tire that's pretty nice. I have 35" Pro Comp Xterrains on my Jeep.

If you want to go BIG...look into the 54" TSL Boggers! I think you might need to do a little sheetmetal cutting to get them to fit.

I honestly can't tell you what the max tire size you can fit it. Best bet, hop over to a ford site and do a search.

I would get an All-Terrain tire before a Mud-Terrain (unless you actually plan to do serious off roading).

I'd try looking around over at http://f150online.com/ and see what people are running with similar trucks. I've got 30" BFG AT's on my 95 F150, and I could probably go a little bigger but I really have no reason to.

the biggest you can probably go with is a 32" or a 33". check out the toyo open country at tire. they are good tires with meaty tread and there half the price as the bfg's. i have a set of the toyo's on my dodge ram and they have been on the truck for 6 years and still have 50% tread. i looked at the bfg's in 33" and theyll cost me 1200. the toyo's are 700.

              i'm running 31" michilen's on my toyota
my dad is running 285's on his '96 chevy stock, they are about 31.5 and he has plenty of room

              you could probably run 33"s

looking to do a little bit of mall crawling are ya?

i've seen a picture of a set of 54" IROKs in the back of an S-10 or ranger and they filled the bed.

              FYI

Swamper TSL's are actually cheaper than the same size BFG A/T but, the TSL's dont have a long road life.

                  mall crawling...lol

its like you dont offroad but you get the lift and huge tires and all the other goodies to drive around town and look cool....

I have big tires on my jeep....I have to say although they look cool and perform awsome off road, they suck on road, theyre noisy, they fling mud everywhere if you get em wide, and they vibrate badly at high speeds. So, unless you plan on off roading a whole lot id stick to a smaller less agressive tire. BFG A/T's are excellent tires and you can probably find a 31x10.5 or 32x10.5 if you look hard, id say theyd fit.

One other thing, although you might be able to clear the tire, it may rub at full turn. To fix this youll need new rims with proper backspacing or wheel spacers from spidertrax or equivelent brand.

If i were you id stick with and all terain tire and only a few sizes larger in width and heigth

32x10.5 should fit nice on that truck, go with some sort of all terrain patter, my dad has the BFG A/T and they are wonderful on all terrains, except really wet stuff, they just kinda load up with mud

I only have 2.5" lift on the X, but it's not needed to fit the 33's (at least in the 2005+ X's)

I have 6" Long Arm lift on the Jeep and I rub the fenders at full flex.

I got at ko's on my 3/4 ton as I've been using them on several different vehicles with great success BUT the guy I buy them from told me they weren't going to last something as heavy as a 3/4 ton. And I'm bitting my nails right now cause my twin just got done with it's at ko's at get this 36000 miles. THAT'S 800$ IN ONE YEAR! Not good!

Goodyear or Cooper, last U.S. tire companies.
