      I dont lift,. I run.

I like the camel bak. I have different ones for longer runs and such.

Might wanna try one of these if your not always on the bench.

You must be so smart because you live in California, Calimagfan. Drinking 1 gallon of water a day has no negative effect on your health.

YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO WEAR AT A WEDDING, so shut up.
ok mr... you can throw those insults (behavior change is actually one of the symptoms of hyper hydration) but you're not going to be let go for calling me a smarty pants as if i dont know what i'm talking about... and i didnt see you respond to my query about the wedding in a constructive way, so hardly seems as if you know either...

but YOU outta know about hydration.. so here is your legwork, you're welcome:
and yes, water filtering is stressful to your kidneys.

maybe a little reading on hyponatremia:

maybe you'll listen to cyclists.. cause i dont know anything, being an avid hiker and runner and all:

also keep in mind that water intake in the human diet also includes water from things like fruit and veggies... so, some of your water is from that.

all in all i was looking out for YOUR health, not my own interset.. get over yourself and realize that. what if you didnt know that shooting yourself in the head with a gun was bad for you. should i put in my 2 cents and maybe warn you of the possible side effects of a 9mm chunk of lead in the brain?

ok enough being petty... friends, kyles, countrymen. enjoy lifting.

So you admit defeat Mwahahaha. But I actually do cycle when I lift. I loose a lot of water when I workout, and I really am just trying to keep hydrated.

1 HOUR in a SPINNING CLASS= MURDER, or I just bike to and from the gym. I don't want to end up like a huge, muscle bound, acne face.
