My wife was driving to work this morning, on the interstate, and traffic slowed down to a standstill when she merged onto another interstate. After moving very slowly she came up on an Area Blocked off with Police tape on the side of the road. She looked up and saw Two policemen standing back at the tree line, she immediately thought that there had been a bad wreck and someone had gotten thrown out, but when she looked closer there wasnt any wrecked cars. It dawned on here it looked like someone was standing by the policemen. When she pulled up a little closer she realized there was a man hanging by his neck on a rope in one of the trees. He was a white male and was wearing boxer shorts, a shirt, and a watch. Hasnt been much on the news about it yet, I'll post more as I find out.
