yeah in 2005 the ccx set a new speed record for fastest production vehicle (if i understand correctly) but yeah, the 1000 hp bugatti should top that easily

The Koenigsegg isn't German, it Swedish. Don't remember the exact specs on it, but the I know the Bugatti is supposed to top out at 253mph. The Corvette Sledgehammer (fastest street legal but not production car) will one up it at 254.74mph . God bless American engineering
