The spikes will fall out while you play... I have them, and I took them all out because I got tired of having to screw them back in between games.

As for structural damage, that's crap. They screw right into the vent slots/holes on any mask without disturbing anything.

But yeah, it would be a definite break if you got hit on one.

I work 3rd shift as a Pharmacist at a hospital. I work 7 days and then get 7 days off. You will see that I post a lot one week and less the next. I post nights one week and days the next.
