Some of you remember my NAV thread about a year ago and I finally getting rid of it. I remember Mark saying something about how it is pretty hard to get everything related to NAV off your computer but I was wondering if i didnt get everything off would that affect my new antivirus program? Which will be http://www.microsoft.com/protect/pro...r/onecare.mspx btw

Worst results out of all the software tested. It's not even funny how far behind it is, I hope you didn't already buy it. -

nah not too much. just do a full install and then once that is done run Ccleaner and run it on your registry. it will find all the old Crap and clean it out for you. (set a system restore point before running it just in case).
like others said, go with AVG or clamwin or something like that. I always had real good luck with clamwin and it too protected against mucho spyware.
BTW, norton....don't buy the hype...its crapola and will bring many systems to a crawl.Comment
