she knows he doesn't have any money and is trying to get back on his feet right now, he's got bills to catch up on and stuff. she knows this, and still complains, my buddy her boyfriend knows this and told my friend take as long as he needs to. she's being anal about it, and if she got the money she would go blow it all instead of spending it on bills.

Most banks will have that much in change on hand at any given time. When I have that responsibility at Starbucks, getting $120 or $140 in quarters is common on like a Saturday when the change order has to last through until Monday.
