    2007 yamaha r6 ....sick

Does anyone else think this is the sickest 600 on the market right now? I WILL be purchasing it if my friend desides to buy my katana.

It's on sale at a local dealer for $8999

Definitely a sweet bike. And the best looking out this year in the 600 class in my opinion. My buddy just bought an 07 R1 in the burgundy color. Also a very nice bike. However it feels weird to me because I'm a suzuki man and love my GSX-R1000. But its all in what feels best to you.

Would be much cooler if it had gsxr on it. Naaaa its a nice bike for a Yamaha.

its my dream bike. Its def the best looking bike out there next a ducati 1098, imho.

the r6 is a track weapon for sure. The powerband on the engine is in the higher rev. range, which makes it abit of a bear to ride on the street.

Sweet bike indeed. I prefer the all black 2006 model though. I'd own one if the insurance wasn't to much for me last year when I got my bike.

The new CBR600 is the sickest 600 on the market right now though. It's probably the sickest streetbike on the market out of all sportbikes. Although the new gixxer 1000 with the different maps is pretty sweet too. I've seen a few 1098s at the track and they are pretty awesome. They sound pretty mean.

I have not been on any of the 07 600's however I did see that the CBR had the best reviews hands down. Biggest thing is just don't be in a rush to buy, make sure you feel them all out before you buy one. It would be nice if you could ride them all but you should be able to at least sit on them and see how they fit you.

yeah i'll deffinatly try to get on all of them, i sat on an 06 r6 and it felt nice, but i didn't get to ride it. The deal won't go through until atleast a month so i'll have some time to get over to the dealership to check it out ..I was a half mile away today i shoulda stopped by

I think the Yammies look the sharpest but if I were to buy new right now it would be a Gixxer all the way

in the 600 class, Kawwie and Honda pwn hands down. sure the r6 is sweet, and agressive... but its just a rev happy machine missing the midrange like the cbr and kawwie. the suzuki... yeah im biased against them as they are dime a dozen to me heh.

new new 07 zx6r is the only bike giving the cbr600rr a run for its money. people say the R6 does as well... but thats ONLY on the track since the r6 is only designed for high revs
