MKULTRA was a series of mind control experiments performed by the CIA in the 1950's, so for MKULTRA to take anyone under custody is impossible. Jus' sayin'.

No kidding. He has made, what, 3 or 4 accounts since his banning? All of them, banned. He was funny, though. After being banned, he's been hush-hush, instead of cool like he was as AM68 or Triangle. But then, I understand why.
