daaamn. Very nice wood-work. You definitely don't have to be an AK fan to appreciate that.

now all you need is some robes, and you'll fit right in Black Hawk Down

I have Ak47 bayonets from Iraq. In fact i think i might have a wooden grip one that would match it very nicely.

                  enjoy the new pistola!

I am sure that cphil knows what not to bolt on to it, but for the rest of you... no foregrips or stocks without (form 4 to ATF + Chief LEO endorsement + $200)

Dat right Edweird. No provision for butt stock. No forward vertical grip. But one VERY important thing is that it has to be built on a Virgin receiver that has never been assembled as a Rifle (and be prepared to prove it).... or it's a trip to club fed and I end up being someones girlfriend.

Also need to check your local or state Pistol laws. Some States require registration and or permits of Pistols. And you must comply with both Fed and State laws.

One other thing... if you wanted to SBR it you could do it without Local LEO endorsement. You can form a living trust and then you only have to notify (send copy to) LEO. But its still $200 and all the Fed application. However don't change it to an SBR until you DO get the tax stamp back.

The re-finish is a reproduction Molly Resin coating (By Norrell) of the old (very old) Colt Grey. It has a tint of Green in certain light like the really old first M16's. And in certain other light it is Grey. They call it Flat Grey but it can show sort of Olive drab in certain types of light. Those old guns were sort of stained with Cosmolene a tint of green. This one is a mimic of that. Perfect one at that. Makes it look very old skool.

I am searching for a Firebrick colored mag to come close to matching the Black Walnut.

They guy that did the Walnut work for me charged me $78 shipped to make it for me. I did the build and finish although I had a guy with a mill do the front sight gas block combo for me. Barrel is about 11 1/2 inches. Gun overall length is 23 inches.

It started out life as a Polish Tantal. It's a hoot to shoot too. Fun.

Nope... wrong my friend. Legally its a pistol.

USA laws are rather complex and... well... in some cases just plain stupid.

It would not fit a Bayonet now with the work done to the front end I am pretty certain.

                              eBay is anti gun...

A new picture with a magazine finished to match ( and a little different lighting so you can detect the Greenish tint it can show sometimes)
