And tell her to wait till Warhammer Online comes out, in any case

And 93civic, I think you approach the 7 year olds playing CS the wrong way. I admin (well, not too actively anymore) on a server and sometimes kids would come on. As I see it, you should keep them there, because at least then, as a mod, you are in a position to make sure that they have a "safe" place to play. If you ban them, they are just going to join another server, one that will probably be full of profanity and god knows what. Keeping them in your server you can clamp down on the rules (I don't know about your server/s but on our there were rules against profanity/porn sprays/etc) and at least try to shelter the kid a little bit.

rgr. I am 5'8", 135 and I do absolutely nothing but sit on my *** all day in front of the computer. I've been playing video games religiously all my life and I am not fat.

Ive played WoW since Beta, and I have been playing MMO since a very early age. And I would reccomend she not play WoW. Its not graphic in nature and she shouldnt have problems with being exposed to raunchy language etc. One of the guys I play with we have played games together for the last 6 years. He was letting his 6 year old play WoW and it became a real problem where that was all the kid was thinking about. At that age I think kidss need to play outside and play with other kids their age.

        Just my opinion...

Talk to Zack Vetter.... he can tell you how addictive it is..... you might have to log into WOW and chat with him in game to get a response though

personally i hate playing with little kids on WoW.
                no offense to your daugther.

if she wants to play, then play with her. don't let it get out of hand though. i've got friends that are hopelessly addicted to WoW.

LOL Finally a purpose for my boredum!!!
Not positive but if you have to click an icon to run WoW do this:
                  1. Right clicker then left clicker create shortcut.
                  2. Under Location of your short-cut (in the shortcut wiz) type: %windir%\system32\shutdown.exe -s -t 10000 -c "OWNED!"
                  3. For name of Shortcut just use the name of the WoW icon.
                  4. once you've made it change the icon to the WoW icon.
                  5. Put it in place of the WoW icon!
Now you may test it! You should get a box that says your pc is shutin down and in comments: OWNED!
                  Awesome, I know.
And if you need to stop the shutdown
goto run and type shutdown -a
//Funny stuff when you replace firefox or internet explorer with it.

                    (Sorry about double postin)
Oh and WoW is addictive and yes it can be dangerous.
When a game is so addictive that people die playing it, it is bad.

And on another note, just uninstall WoW on the pc. Or block the port it targets. (If you can figure that out.)

                      i skipped most of this...

and it's probably not even relevant cuz who knows if a 7 year old could have the motivation and determination [or ability to understand the process] to reach 70... but when I was playing it was all pretty tame until 60, when you started running the group things like instances [groups of 5-40 all trying to work together to beat a computer enemy that can't be beat without the group] and PvP battlegrounds [team based player vs. player combat]. During that, stuff could get pretty intense.

My bet, don't let the kid play it. And go chat with the judge

Violence and the graphic-ness is the least of your worries.....

Dont let your kid grow up to be a loser.

Let her play Half-Life 2 instead, that game is MUCH better.

Except the instances/raids didn't start to get nasty til UBRS/etc. And even raids are instanced
