You have to pay sales tax at the trading post though. Your better off shopping in NH.

Well, we got back in from Maine last night. It was an exceptional trip aside from our arrival and departure through Boston. If I never set foot there again it will not hurt my feelings. The rental car place had us waiting for over two hours for a car when we arrived. Coming back in their directions were so bad that we ended up on the other side of town. The flight out was delayed by bad weather here in Atlanta and we ended up sitting in a plane on the runway for four hours.....were supposed to arrive at around 8:30, got in around 12:20, and then sat on the runway here for 30 more minutes waiting for an open gate. Got home at 3AM.

The trip itself was awesome. I recommend you take some time and go there. It really is a summertime paradise. Most of the trip was 70's during the day, 50's at night. Just perfect. We got to see a lot of beautiful scenery. The people in Maine are so nice its really refreshing.

The paintball field I had hoped to play was out of buisness. Didn't find out until the last day there (when I ran into some paintballers at Ellis') that a couple of good fields were nearby in Auburn and at a nearby resort. I was bummed to miss out.

+1 on not going to Boston. You should have flown into Portland, or Manchester. Much easier airports, and you get to avoid Boston completely.

Yeah I spent two weeks near Mt. Kataden (sp?) about this time of year and it was awesome. The water is a little chilly for my tastes but they sure seem to love it on the lakes!
