Binder at school is tearing how do I fix it.

Depending on what kind of school you go to (rich pricks or punks) you may get away with coating your entire trapper in that silver electrical tape stuff. Like the whole thing, its pretty cool, but would never be accepted at my jr high, but I have seen many do it to that and their backpacks at my HS. It looks dope

Duct tape: The universal fixer upper, or use clear packing tape if you want something pretty.

A guy at my school made an entire backback out of duct tape.... he also made a few wallets and a belt

I say u just carry your papers around old skool style. Or just do what my friend did. Just tear out the rings and the thing there connected too. It looks sick as ill, and just walk around. Make sure all your papers are all connected though.
