    dietary help.

    Can anyone recomend a food with lots of potassium in it other then Bannanas? I have been suffering cramps in my abs and calfs lately and need some help.

    Gatorade has some... also check some fruit juice blends. I think they add a bit of potassium.

        or just go to the vitamin section of the store and pick up a bottle of potassium pills.. and drink more water...
