AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
wallice9111 get's a new body, AKA how an FSE-LX is made Lot's and Lot's of pic's
Setup prior to the tool touching the body.
Yeah Tom that's My E-Mag rail! any chance you could
send me a scrap mag rail to use as a jig, so I don't
have to risk mine anymore. P.M. me if it's possible.
This was taken during the final cut on the first side,
the camera was fast enough to stop an end mill running
at 3200 rpm. Look for the chip's in the air.
WOW!! I've never taken a pic while I was cutting before.
BTW I need to thank my brother Randy for the camera,
and the downsizing of the pic's so I could use them.
D**n good Camera.
Sorry I missed a couple of pic's, This is the front
angle cut. {I never understood why Tom did this until
I did my first Slug, It's easier to clean paint out
when you can actually get you're finger's in there.}
