20 for entry and sk8 got us a deal on paint for 30 a case, its its byop, but we decided we would help the field out buy atleast buying a case each from them, unless someone really wanted to bring there own, also, for this event, we get free air

Dunno after I fixed the cyborg you sold me it's in the things to do pile. Had to set the cyborg up to 15 bps, apparently you had it setup to 5.

NEWS!!!

Ok I just got off the phone with my manager and we hashed out a few last details. It's his birthday this weekend (just like Rudz) so he's going to be gone, but the other managers there are cool with our deal. We are going to be known as a "Party Group" which means we don't get a ref. (other than me) but we can still go where we want and play on the fields we want. I'll just have to work it out with the refs there to allow us to mix into the follow of traffic from other groups and walk ons. They are planning on having close to 15 private groups so it's going to be super busy, but I feel that we can hold our own with walk ons for a few games and then take over a few fields as we get bored of shooting Newbs.

Now about the paint. Turns out we need to pre-order it from HSP so they can send it out in the morning. All the paint is stored at the HSP offices and it turns out it's the same "seconds" that HSP uses for Amnesty days. I've shot it and it's not great, but it works. So I gave a call to my buddies at CC Paintball and asked them if we came in with a large group of players that need paint how much of a discount could they give us. I talked him into $25 a case if we buy 15 or more. Seeing as we are close to or over that number I think it's a safe bet we could get 15+ cases. Also the paint they are offering for that price is their house paint which I have also shot and haven't had a problem. It will be either a green or pink fill with a winter ball shell so expect lots of bounces and no breaks in your gun. I feel this is the best option because it's cheaper, people can buy paint individually on a credit card and the paint is better. CC Paintball opens at 7am which means it might be best to meet at CC Paintball first to get paint and make sure we are all together as one major group driving into SC Village. This will help to insure we all park together and get spots. CC Paintball is right next to Carls Jr. as you head out to SC Village so if you want to grab some breakfast or some drinks from the Stater Bros. right there then you can. Give me some feedback on this.

Lastly I'd like to help make this event even more special by adding a raffle and some party gifts for everyone. I know it's a bit last minute, but I'd be willing to raffle off some extra gear and such. Reason for the raffle is to get people excited about coming and make this more of an event. I'm thinking of offering the tickets for $2 each or 3 for $5. One item I was thinking of offing was a ticket pack to play at Giant Paintball and Hollywood Sports. I'm going to talk to the managment at HSP to see if they can donate a set of tickets. I'll get back to everyone about this idea once I think it through more. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Directions please! I searched for CC paintball, SC VIllage, Carls Jr, and Stater Brothers, and found a bunch of different directions. Do you mean the Norco or Corona loaction? Let me know what's going on so I can update and add directions. If there's that many private groups expected, I'd like to have people at SC to save parking spots. If people are willing to buy paint for others, post here and let us know! Will update as much as I can right now. I plan on showing up at SC to save parking spots, so both options will be available.

As for the raffle, I'd like to try and save that for the next one. I think there might be too little time to set up a raffle for this one. Maybe we can get more prizes and such.
