Is Chevy's half an hour north, south, east, or west of CPP?
I'd really just like to get everyone together at one place.
A second day would be interesting, but probably too much cash and time (I was only able to get time off on Saturday).

They both are south of CPP and the Burbank Chevy's is a tad bit closer, 24 miles vs. 30 miles. The Burbank Chevy's would be a better choice IMO. I was born and raised in Burbank, lived there for over 30 years and the Burbankians love to dine out and love Mexican food too. This may cause a decent wait to get seated. Just a tiny warning.

I am not necessarily against this and it is really on the way home fom most of you SoCal'rs. I say we leave it up to the individuals to decide if they want to go with the Nor*Cal crew.

Heck after a day of play you may want to hang or you may have had enough of each other until the next meet.

Still need more paint orders. If we can get at least 15 ordered then we can still get a good deal. Just remember, I am not buying extra due to the fact that I don't have the money to. If you want me to get your paint and deliver it to the field for you, then pre-order.

O.k guys here is the skinny on setting up the private group.

1.They need 1 credit card on file. This credit card will NOT be billed. I repeat there will be no charges on the credit card.

This is very cool. The only reason they would bill the credit card is if we didn't show up and no one called to cancel. If that was to happen the card would be billed $100

2. We need to put a credit card on file at least 1 week before the event. The sooner the better though.

3.They require a $100 private party fee. Whether we have 10 show up or 40.

4.Each of us will be required to pay $20 for admission. $10 for all day air. And $X of the $100 private party fee.

EX: If 20 people show up

$20 admission + $10 all day air + $5 ($100/20) private party fee = $35

EX: If 30 people show up

$20 admission + $10 all day air + $3.34 ($100/30) private party fee = $33.34

Thanks for making the call Nick. I don't have a problem putting the deposit down if needed, PM if that is the case.

As for the giant restaurant discussion, I'm way easy as long as it's close to the field. We'll be coming off the field around 4 or 5 and that will be before any restaurant fills up so I don't think we have to worry there. But if it's too far from the field I imagine that some people will be less inclined to stop and bend an elbow. So, closer to the field the better is what I think. Just my 2 coppers.

We play as a private group all day. I don't think we'll have a problem getting the minimum head count of 20.
