I've been reading the posts, and sounds like fun. I live about 5 minuets away from hollywood sports. if i can take that day off, this will be my first AO event.

I would rather pay full price for a private party then wait around for an answer and it be too late to get a private party.

sk8er- this is in NO way a dig at you. I just know that the higher ups may drag their feet longer then we have time for.

Sorry for the delay. Here is an update. They offered us $16 entry which includes rentals but we'd have to pay for paint and air. I told them we don't need guns and that at SC they gave us free air. So they are going to talk about it at Monday's meeting. Basically what I'm going to do is call them Monday and talk to Gio (the owner) and bring up all the great things I've done for him so far and what I plan on doing for him in the future with the websites and such. Then I'll tell him that we will be buying a ton of paint and want to make this an annual thing. He's big on repeat buisness and selling lots of paint so that should get his attention. I played out there on Friday and talked with Sara who is a good friend and in charge of private group registration.

As for us being a private group it's already set. We have the 5th in stone now and I'm the ref so thats not a problem. I'm just trying to hack out a good price for all of you guys so it's worth your time and money. What I hope to get is around $20 entry, free all day air and around $30-$35 a case. I know thats a little more then SC Village was, but not by much. Food will be on us to provide or I can put in an order for Hollywood Sports pizza and coke which might be a little bit cheaper because they are large pizzas and they aren't that bad. If some grocery store is having a sale on 2 litters of pop then we can stock up now and someone can keep them in a fridge and sell them the day of.

I will post exact prices on monday when I give them a call. I might even just have to go in for this one and sit down with them to get the best deal. What would be amazing is if we schedualed this the next week cause I have another large (20+) group of friends that want to play for a birthday party and it's a group of about 12 girls and 8 guys. Just saying it would be fun, but they are pretty set on the next week. So I'll get back to you guys on Monday. Sorry again for the delay.
