Those rules are not referring to RT's. There the old style auto-response triggers that fired once on the pull and again on the return.

If that rule was meant for Retro type valves there would have been a large, angry contingent that used to play at Sam's.

Edit: I just read somewhere on here that sams cant fill 45's... wth... even my field can fill 45's and its not nearly as big (im guessing)

Unless something has changed since May's Big Game, Sam's definitely fills to 4.5k.
