AO Texas: Roll Call

Alright guys. Here's the deal. I'm going to start a list in this forum for everyone going. If you are serious and plan on attending, just post up and I'll add your name to the list. It appears we have the large majority from the San Antonio/Austin/Dallas area. Right now it looks like it might be easiest and more convenient to hold it at Petty's since we've had AO days there before and it seems to be relatively well known. However, the location isn't set in stone, yet.

So, if you are SERIOUS about attending, post in this thread along with where you are from.

We will set the date far in advance so that everyone will be able to request off work and mark their calendars. We can narrow that down more when we have a more certain list of who is attending.

It more than likely won't be on the 4th of November because that would be too short of notice for everyone. The date is still undecided and it will be until we have everyone registered that plans on attending. And where are you from so I can add you?

Like I said, the specifics can be decided on later. We just need to get a set amount of people to say they can go. Then we'll vote on a good day that will work for most.

That depends on prices and who else is going. I would like to have it at hit and run when the zone gets completed. They are very nice ppl there, and maglovers alike.

Lets get the specifics first, chances are I can give several people a ride(got a 1990 Jeep Cherokee that has plenty of room). I think we need more details before we can start making plans.
