I can't make it (new baby puts high demands on ones time), but it would be good if some AOers could make it.

Okay folks. We need some volunteers in CA to help Stuart this coming Saturday, October 23, to clean up the field. Why do you ask? Several reasons. The military and the City of Seaside have allowed us the use of this great facility for our event and have asked us to help participate in the clean up. Some folks were not thrilled about the idea of us being allowed to use this facility. However, the powers that be, believe, after our last event at the prison, that our BlackCat family of players and that the paintball community in general is a good one and granted us permission. PLEASE let us show our appreciation by being there for just a few hours.
If gratitude is not enough how about this for a reason. This will be the only time before an event that anyone will have to recon the field.
If that is not enough Stuart is BBQing for everyone!!!!!! FREE FOOD!!!!
To show our gratitude and appreciation as well, since we cannot be there, BlackCat Paintball Productions will be giving away free T-shirts to all of our players who attend and volunteer there services.
These T-shirts will be given to you at the game in December and will have some kind of cool logo or saying that will let everyone know that you are one of the reasons they are there! Perhaps a T-shirt that says, "I cleaned up the Kitty Litter" and has a graphic of someone shoveling?
Seriously though, please email Stuart at [email protected] for more details and to lend your support. I promise you this will be worth it. Let's show these people how WE the paintball community can rally together! Thanks!!!

Don't worry, I'LL BE AT THE GAME. I GOT PERMISSION. And we all know, permission is much harder to get than forgiveness. So, the hard part is over. :rofl: She said I could go even though "we" will be having my step-sons birthday party that Saturday. He'll be playing laser tag while I play paintball.
Actually, the Qzar people did a very nice job last year. They were very helpful, and it was one of the cheapest birthday parties we've had. So, NOTHING will keep me from this game!
I can't make the cleanup date. My wife is more interested in having me clean our house than help someone else clean there's.
Since the babies birth, household chores have slipped a little.
Oh, and just try and feed my bebe to anything!

Ah yes... good to see that we've got some fellow AOers going, too! I'm flying out from Virginia on Thursday morning and returning on the "red eye" Sunday night. Flight cost was $225 round trip. I suspect that there are going to be some pretty awesome stories to tell after this one. Stories that would make a fisherman pale by comparison!!
