I may have missed it while reading, but whos the event promoter and host? Is the staff and management of CPX running this event or will there be a professional Scenario Event promoter hosting this event?

Yeah I know that the player estimation is off but one can hope. Right now it is just being ran by CPX we were looking for a Team to come in and help run things but no one we sent e-mails to ever responded so as of right now it's just CPX. If any teams out there would like to help out drop a line to CPX and ask for Joe. Also, we are in talks to bring one of the stars of the movie into the game.

The event is set for March 20th, with the park gates opening at 7:30 A.M. and a players' meeting at 9 A.M. The game play will be from 10 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Each pre-registered player will receive an entry to the prize giveaways that will occur during the event. We have about 140 people pre-registered. Looks like it will be a great day.

Love this field. We attended two games there last year, MXS regular game and Shatner, both were extremely enjoyable. Will be going to the June game again this year and can't wait.

I've heard about all the problems the field has had but other than the air issues and the paint once, we haven't experienced much of them. Wouldn't be taking the 12 hour ride if there wasn't something out there worth going to.

Yes it will be in July, I dont know if any info is up on the Viper website just yet but it should be soon.
