    rt/pro to x-valve?

I recently rebuilt my ( bought used a month ago) rt/pro and after installing a rebuild kit all it would do is try to shoot full auto! I could not shoot semi auto what so ever! So, after some diliberation I bought a new x-valve, installed it and guess what? Nothing but full auto! I pull the trigger and I'll tell you there is no hopper that could keep up! I bought this used and I am not sure if this is stock or what. I am somewhat mag friendly, but I haven't owned one for a while. Please help I've had thoughts of buying an ion!

how much input pressure do you have from your tank? if you have like 1000 psi in that's prob the culprit if you have normal input pressure, are you using the same on/off? sounds like a ULT with too many shims or the on/off pin is too short or the sear may be worn

As far as my setup. I think it is a stock mag. I bought it used so I am not really sure. I am using a pure energy 45/4500 tank, and this worked before I rebuilt. I have ordered a new sear and on/off pin thinking that was the problem. When installing the x-valve I tried using the on/off provoded and my old vale on/off.

What is the output on that tank?
Do you have a lvl 10 bolt?

Does your on/off look like this:

          Or like this:

Not sure on the output, it said high pressure tank? Yes, the x-valve came with the level 10. When I installed the x-valve I just put it in and changed nothing. My on/off looks like the bottom one. Same as the rt/pro on/off.

Well, your output is the problem. If it is adjustable, lower it, if it isn't, put an adjustable reg in your vert ASA or something, or get a ULT.

If it is my output pressure, what should I set it at? Also what does the ult do?

The ULT can be adjusted to eliminate the RT effect. It also lightens your trigger pull.

Your output should be like 850 for no RT? I'm not sure, but the lower the output, the less bounce.

Is that whats happening! Am I getting to much bounce? If so, would a regulator fix it or does the ULT kind of act like a reg?

Either/both will work, if your problem is too much bounce.

                          Is your sear worn?

I believe so, I have already ordered another sear and on/off pin.

I finally put a gauge on and the output reads about 1200? Is this to high? If so why did it work before?
