          I'm confused. I thought that if a leak stopped once the trigger was held meant that the problem was in the on/off.

            no you got it backwards , when you pull the trigger the on/off pin is pushed into the on/off orings sealing off the air supply coming from the regulator , so if it leaks when the trigger is pulled then the on/off orings are bad

              When the trigger is pulled and held the leak stops
              I have changed on/off: tried 2 ULT and 1 regular -> still leaking

              Valve is going to Tunaman who hopefully can make miracles.

                      On a level 7 mag that would be the first thing you check the others would be worn sear (which could rectified by a longer powertube spacer ) damage bolt , missing rail bushing.

                      Or in the case of a level 10 too large of a carrier would be the first thing to check also too many shims in the level 10 could cause the issue as well.
