Unfortunately I dont have any other mags or spare parts to speak of. Today I am going to get my tanks refilled, plant it at one of my local stores tables and tinker with it and refill my tanks as needed. Starting with shims on the Ult and removing my trigger screws, then going from there. If I cant get it then, I guess I will post up and maybe look into calling AGD for some help on Mon.

you might try snugging your frame screw and field strip screws a little bit more than normal

Well got back from 2.5 hours of toying with it, and ZIP. I went through 3 tanks of air, 70/45, and couldnt get the on/off from not sticking. I played with the screws on the frame, took shims away, added shims, I even played with the swing arm on the sear adding some length to it to see if it would help...NOTHING. Sometimes I would hear a slow leak in the ULT because of all the shim changing and I would leave it to see how it would react, and more of the same. There were times I actually thought I fixed it by dry firing around 150 times with no problems...then low and behold when I was ready to call it a day I decided to fire a few more ropes and the trigger didnt return and the sear swing arm was stuck back behind the trigger about 2cm too short for a full cycle/return. So I am dumbfounded. When I would degas the marker EVERY time I would have to take an allen wrench to the swing arm and push on it in order for the On/Off to reset itself so I could slide the X Valve out and it not get cough on the Body. What is going on?!?!?!?!?!?!

Edit: Forgot to mention I tried changing the top oring on the ULT and that didnt help either.

Here is a clip of the problem...the clip begins after I fired it 20ish times then it went silly....tank still had about 2100psi in it...

This is the other which catches it in the act, but these at least recocked after a few seconds...the chuffing was kinda new but probably because of all the shim switch I have been doing....Tank still had 1900psi when this happend...

try replacing the main spring , and also check to make sure there is no duracoat over spray inside the ule body and last make sure your detents are not screwed into far causing binding if you are using a level 7 bolt you might try a smaller spacer
