Increase your dwell and make sure you have the parabolic feed plug.

It's in the manual. The manual is 2 pages long. It's easy to understand.


Make sure your wheels are clean.

If your paint is too small, and the wheels aren't getting enough grab on the balls, you can rig the wheels to get better grip by placing small strips of electrical tape on the inside surface of the wheels where they contact the paintballs. This will effectively bring the surfaces closer together, increasing grip.
