    this may be a stupid question, i got my freak in yesterday and i noticed the incerts fit in very tightly, is this normal? and how would I get them out? the back is also SS

    I Oiled the o-rings inside the barrel, with the inserts out, that helped a lot.

      Well its supposed to fit snug but if you can't get it out then try some oil.

        Don't worry it will stretch the oring on the inside of the barrel and they will be easier to get in and out. To get it out just put the tip of your finger in and bend it and pull. That should take it out.

          keep your inserts oiled and your finger will pull em out no prob I never have had a prob

            I just bought one too and noticed the same thing - a drop of autolube on the rings and it was fine.
            The gelatin on the stainless like the diamond on the vinyl.
