    M-90 Pneu Frame Assembly

I hope this is helpful to anyone wanting to install the Cyberwave Pneu kit in there M-90 Emancipator frame
    Enjoy!!!

1-Receive your M-90 Emancipator Frame in the mail from Tuna...

    2-Take out contents...

    3-Install your included trigger stops

4-Install your included trigger return magnets

5-Install the MSV-2 activation rod from your Cyberwave pneu kit
(you may have to trim the rod down, i found that using a plastic Q-tip shaft works fairly well as it wont scratch your finish, and it is easier to trim down)

6-Install you MSV-2 w/ lever from your Cyberwave kit, with the included mounting screws)

...notice the small details that magnus put into this frame to make the install nice and easy
check out the groove cut into the frame just for the mounting screws to slide in and out smoothly

7-Install the LP hose on your Cyberwave MPA-3 before sliding into position in the frame

8-Place your Cyberwave MPA-3 into the frame, then secure into position with the included set screws

9-Thread your LPR into the pre-drilled/tapped inside your frame
(you may have to remove the LP hose fitting to screw it into place)

    10-Connect the LP hoses
The MPA-3 hose goes into the front fitting of the MSV-2(closest to the trigger)
and the LPR hose goes to the back fitting of the MSV-2

11- ship your CP Dirent Mount On/Off ASA to Loguzzzzzz for modification
when you get it back, take the provided o-ring and rest, and center it over the LPR hole in the bottom of your M-90 frame and mount your asa on there nice and snug

From here on you will need to fine tune your Pneu mag kit
there are different preferences on how to do that so if you have any questions on tuning your cyberwave kit, post up and hopefully one of us can help you out

Thanks Magnus, Tunaman, Loguzzzzz, and everyone else who helped me on this project
i hope this thread helps anyone wanting an M-90 pneumag set up

Kwood - you might have to trim the top of the MSV2 lever down a tad.

I just started doing some measurements and taking pics. There is some info that can be helpful.

is that measurement of the MSV-2 before or after trimming down the lever?

                      Pretty sure that's after trimming...

"MSV2 lever: trim to approx this size" (1.578)

EDIT: How do you like the Sabre trigger? This is a clone of mine but I haven't installed the pneus yet.

well you would have to buy the pney kit from cyber here...

and then the frame from magnus

the frame cost 245 and it comes pre-drilled and tapped for the installation

you will also need a modified cp asa if you are going to run a sleeper set up
if you want a frame i would get over to magnus' thread real soon, get his email address and tell him you want a frame in the second run because he is making limited quantities and those who contact him get one pretty much
