Hold the trigger when you gas it up. Does it still leak? If it does not leak, then your problem is in the powertube portion of the valve. It it still leaks with the trigger held, then the problem is probably a leaky on-off oring.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts. -
I didn't read the other thread you posted but a few thoughts that come to mind.
is the bolt sticking forward into the breech? if so take a pencil and push the bolt back and see if the sear engages and holds the bolt back and stops the leak.
If that is the problem you might just need a new bolt spring.

Ok, the problem is in the powertube. Replace the powertube oring and check the bolt spring. The bolt spring should extend past the front of the bolt when placed on the bolt. It is a consumable item and needs to be replaced occasionally. You should replace it regularly. If you still get a leak after replacing the powertube oring, install a shorter powertube spacer.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.Comment
