They will if the directions are followed in the first place. What if to say you offer this so-called service, and whoever sends you a gun lives in a different altitude, and alas the weather changes as it is known to do in most of North America, they have to send a gun to you every couple of months to get adjusted? It sounds like a mechanic who pulls a sparkplug wire loose just to generate "repair" work.

Don't forget to add that you must tune your mag to relative humidity too...
I am not casting ill will upon one's abilities but what I read seems like a sham to me.

I say this with the full understanding that what 'I think' may not mean a thing, but shouldn't we get TK's take on this before we start calling shens? I mean, it would be the 'civil' thing to do. :)

You could if you like, or get Tunaman in here and chime in. After all, he is a specialized AGD tech and he would definately know better than all of us!

OK , now i'm going to jump in here on Raptors side , give the guy a break , if he can do the work great , let him do it ( & all I know of him is what i've seen on the forums )
Me I own 18 different Mags , I can work on my own stuff & i'm pretty good with them , but occasionally I run into something even I can't figure out , happened just the other day , I PMed 2 of the guys here that I consider a excellent techs ( due to the fact i've read every post of thiers in the past 4 years ) & guess what , it was so simple I just didn't see it , just recently I have had to send a E Mag to Tuna , to check a solenoid , & if it is bad , I can't do the solder work

Basiclly I guess what I want to say is this , let Raptor start his little side business , I hope he does well . You as well as I know IF he does mess up , the guys on this forum will nail him to a cross

One other statment , and I am not trying to be critical ; but I don't remember anybody jumping in & saying don't buy AGD parts from so & so when they got thier AGD dealer papers

Wow 1st, thanks for the major ups.

2nd, if it bothers most of you that much about the blurb about carrier size in my post, I can just remove it; but I still believe that testing the gun/valve in a variety of temperatures is part of the tuning process and very critical to understand how tight the tolerances are for a particular gun.

              Thanks-

I am sure that the stainless and brass in the mag will contract at exponentially different rates, but in my 20+ years of working on them I have never seen conditions cold or hot enough to make any kind of difference. Setting it up as the tech manual dictates will work every time...regardless of climate. You will get more of a variation in temperatures from the valve heating up from firing it than you ever could from outside temps.

                  Duely noted Tuna :)

I am unsure of how this thread turned into the philosophy behind temperature variation

                  Thanks for the input.

Also, emag with a morlock?? Thats some good stuff there. And that board can draw alot to keep the mag noid happy!
