    Center Feed Barrels

I recently purchased a J&J ceramic barrel for my e-mag. The grooves on the end of the barrel are for a left or right feed mag. Mine is a center feed. The barrel goes straight in, i can't turn it or the hole is mis-alligned. As of now i have already played one game with simple sticking the barrel in and not turning it. Is this acceptable. I was thinking of drilling a samll hole at the end of the verticle groove so the pin can lock in. Any advice.

you could do that and then fill the gruve in whare the barrel turns so it cant get off centered. Just be carefull not to pull the barrel out in a gaim. Or at any other unintinded time for that matter.
Sorry for the spelling. Im still working on it.

He is a machinist and has milled a number of barrels for centerfeed guns. He can tell you all you need to know.
