I'd just go with the level 10. Carriers and springs are for tuning. Shims are for adding leaks.Originally posted by Rdogx78I've read about the spacers, but I don't want to spend $20 on them so I may save up and get a level 10. .... A level 10 will eliminate the need for spacers right since I would tune it with shims?Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.Comment

I Know you have some sear and bolt damage, but you didn't mention anything about checking the spring. If your powertube is perfect 99% of the time it's the spring, especially with the bolt not resettng. Make sure the spring isn't going past where it's supposed to either. Just stretching your current spring to make it longer will do nothing. As everyone else has mentioned definitely get the lvl 10. I can attest to it's awesomeness! Check on here in the tech section for troubleshooting vids, they are on YouTube too. Don't miss the lvl10 vid either, all very helpful.Comment

I put in a new spring that came with the RT parts kit, but the problem persist. I'm hoping to sell some items to get money for a level 10.Originally posted by the mag guyI Know you have some sear and bolt damage, but you didn't mention anything about checking the spring. First I'm going to try and put in a new sear and see how that works. Whats a fair price for a used sear? 10-15?Comment
