Got it. I actually wanted to use to sand down the rough edges around the bolt only.

I've personally fixed a few bolts doing that so it can work.

I'd just go with the level 10. Carriers and springs are for tuning. Shims are for adding leaks.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

I Know you have some sear and bolt damage, but you didn't mention anything about checking the spring. If your powertube is perfect 99% of the time it's the spring, especially with the bolt not resettng. Make sure the spring isn't going past where it's supposed to either. Just stretching your current spring to make it longer will do nothing. As everyone else has mentioned definitely get the lvl 10. I can attest to it's awesomeness! Check on here in the tech section for troubleshooting vids, they are on YouTube too. Don't miss the lvl10 vid either, all very helpful.

I put in a new spring that came with the RT parts kit, but the problem persist. I'm hoping to sell some items to get money for a level 10.

First I'm going to try and put in a new sear and see how that works. Whats a fair price for a used sear? 10-15?

                UPDATE:

I bought a level 10 from ebay for $54 so I'm going to get it installed and tuned then let you know what the outcome is.

I missed out on a level 10 yesterday for $40 shipped.

I installed the level 10 and it shoots consistently. I need to chrono it then fine tune the springs.
