Not sure if this is the right spot to ask this or not but is there a method to touch up worn or slightly scuffed anodizing without having to get the whole thing redone? Mainly concerned with black ano. I'm talking less than 1/4" in size marks. Figured I'd ask before trying something random like nail polish. Thanks.
Ano wear touch-up methods?

that's what i do; just get a permanent marker and color it. i wouldn't do this to something you plan on selling, nor would i do it to very large areas (as the marker will not likely match the anno perfectly), but for a small scratch it works ok. you can still tell, but from a distance no one will notice. if / when it wears off, you just color it again.Comment

Was originally just going to use sharpie, figured there had to be a better way, but I still may just do that. Car touch up paint is a good idea, might replicate the gloss a bit better. Might give that one a shot. I went to the model car section of the local hobby shop and picked up a paint pen. They make gloss and flat blacks.Comment
