probably, call them up. although i'm sure there are several people here who are capable. you should try to tune it yourself though; it's not hard.

I never understood word "tune". To me, it's either leaking or not. To make it RT, use 1200 psi and just keep adding shims. Really simple.

I'm with you on this one. Maybe I'm missing something and my xvalve runs like a Volkswagen bus on canola oil.

well, leaking / not leaking is just the basic functionality. how it rt's, how the lvl 10 works (ie bolt hits too hard / too soft) can both be tuned.

exactly, i want it tuned to be soft on paint and be able to r/t strings with no hiccups. i already have 1100+ going through it with my ninja pro V2 SHP reg

it also has had bolt and trigger stick lately i have oiled everything and still does this to the point i have to degas it for the bolt to set correctly and the level 10 chopped a ball which it is suppose to prevent this. another reason why i want it set up by a pro like tunaman

one question. does it seem reasonable that a worn out regulator piston would decrease the effectiveness of a level 10 to the point that it would actually start chopping paint? similarly, is an indication of a worn out regulator piston (on a classic AM valve) needing to crank the velocity screw in almost all the way (to the point just before pressure is released out of the back of the valve) and still only getting 280-290? i remember in the old days being able to get this sucker up to the mid 300s with a few turns too many.

Not that I can think of.
