I know that AGD says to not mess with the trigger rod, but why? Think of what you could do to your trigger, basically, you could make your trigger so short that it could fire with the safety on, making your trigger only 2 mm long and the safety would stop you from over oulling.
Now, I'd trust AGD if they wanted to try and melt my gun to make it into an Angel (not that WDP is better). But what would go wrong mechanically if you made the rod longer, even if you just lenghtened it enough so that there was no slack on the trigger.
